Order Shipment
As soon as we receive order information and confirm your payment, your order will be prepared, tested and delivered. Emails will be sent in time after shipment for reference including tracking number and the site from where you can track order status.

1) What is the Favein.com shipping method?
a. ePacket. (under 2KG each parcel, only ship to USA, with Tracking Number. Normally takes 7~25 days.)
b. Airmail. (under 2KG each parcel, China/Hongkong/Singapore Post, with Tracking Number. Normally 12~35 days.)
c. DHL/EMS/TNT/UPS/Others. (express, please contact us and pay for extra fee. Normally 3~12 days.)
Please Note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Favein is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

2) How to check shipping cost?
For every order weighs under 2 Kilograms, the shipping charge started with $3USD. If you need EMS/DHL/UPS/other express way, please contact us.

3) Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide countries(please refer Must Read) by registered airmail, ePacket, EMS, DHL etc.

4) What’s the shipping time?
After payment received for the order, we will ship the order in 3-5 days. But due to the oversea shipping takes more time on custom clearance, it will take more time than domestic shipping. We appreciate your patience while you choose airmail.

5) How do I get my tracking number?
When order completed, we will send you tracking number information by email. If you did not receive tracking number in 7th day after payment, please contact us: service[at]favein.com

6) How to check order status?
We understand that you are eager to know your order real time status. We always send you your shipping info to your email. If you got tracking number, you can track it at below sites.

7) My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
When we deliver the package to post office, we will send you tracking number. But it takes 2-5 days for post office to put the tracking number on the online website to track. So please wait 2-7 days to track it online. During new year holiday or other holidays, it shall take more time to track.

8) Does Favein.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, but we deliver to APO/FPO addresses by airmail only, the EMS/DHL express will be not apply, please provide the detail address if you want order by express.

9) Does Favein.com provide Dropship or Wholesale Service?
Yes, please contact us if you need dropship or wholesale service.

10) What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure order was sent in one packing, if separately, please be patience for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item. If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which show any labels of the packing and email us.

11) Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
Normally, Favein.com sent the products from Hong Kong which is a free port. Because there is no sale tax by Hong Kong government, customers will not to pay any tax when shopping from us.
* From our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs. Customers are responsible to pay if import taxes are needed. Normally we lower the declaration fee to make the delivery more smoothly.
* Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you’d better know your import policy before your purchase happens. Well you have to notice that some products may require special licenses or permits to import. It’s customers business to handle the products that are confiscated by the Customs in destination countries.

12) What is the Airmail and ePacket?
Airmail (or air mail) is mail that is transported by aircraft. It typically arrives more quickly than surface mail, and usually costs more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations. More about airmail: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airmail
ePacket provides online buyers in the U.S. with an affordable shipping option from the overseas origin in certain countries to delivery in the U.S. It’s currently available to shippers in China, HongKong, etc. with additional countries planned.

After Service & Warranty FAQ

1) How do you guarantee product quality?
Favein.com only select the quality and bestselling products. We have rich experience on product quality control, Every item will be serious tested before shipment.

2) How long of the warranty
We provide one year warranty for all category product. For item broken caused by quality issue, we will cover all cost. But for the broken item which is caused by human error, customer will cover all cost during RMA(Returned Material Approval) process.

3) Item broken
If you find any item broken, please contact our customer service. Normally, For item broken caused by quality issue, we will cover all cost. But for the broken item which is caused by human error, customer will cover all cost during RMA process.

4) Item missing
Please provide picture for package you received, and SKU(in product title), product name which is missing. And contact customer service, we will ship again after confirmation. You can also apply for refund or replace missing items.

5) Wrong item received
Please provide picture of wrong items, order number, item SKU, product name and contact our customer service for return or replace.

6) Items not received
If you did not receive items in month after order completed, please contact customer service to refund.

7) Does Favein.com offer a money-back guarantee?
Favein.com allows products to be returned for a refund within 30 days from purchase if you don’t like it. If the product condition is still unused and new, we’ll refund your payment after we received the return. If item is broken, we will not refund.

8) What is the Favein.com warranty?
We have money-back and exchange guarantee in 30 days.
After 30 days, buyer needed to contact us first, we’ll try to exchange a new one if available, and you need to pay all of the shipping fees.

9) I want to return the item, what should I do?
The returning item/items should be proved have quality issues(except artificial damaged). You can contact our customer service ask for details. The return item must be with original packing, accessories and take the below information in package:
* Order ID, SKU, Email and Your shipping address
* The reason for returning the item/items.
* Your requirement for returning orders(Repair/Exchange/Refund).

10) How about the shipping fees for send back?
The shipping back fees is depending on your local post. You can check with your local post office. Please be reminded that we only accept return by airmail or post express. You need to pay all of the return shipping fees.

11) How can I receive the refund?
Due to all of the payment through PayPal, we’ll refund your payment to your PayPal, refund will be processed in 1-3 business days when the issue is clear, and you will received a PayPal confirm email then.
